The Aim

Education and Insight

The aim of the consultation to educate, and identify nutrients and herbs that can assist a person to return to "baseline" wellness and be freed from reliance on medications based on nuances alluded in lab tests results, feedback volunteered by client and a biometric examination. Its strategy is preventive-based to promote self-care.

INA advocates that supplements should be taken as co-partner rather than a crutch, not the core solution your life depends on. Seeking alternative remedies that address the underlying root causes instead of resorting to temporary relief from symptomatic treatments. Baseline wellness is the prevalence of a robust mitochondria, a balanced microbiome, inflammation check and a reduced toxin load.

At INA, we do not diagnose or treat anything. INA’s specialization is in invoking insights from the person’s epigenetics profile to advise courses of action that can be taken to restore wellness, guided by the mantra principle that “options that are choices are opportunity whereas choices that are sacrosanct are ruled by fate of self-nature”.

Process

Appointment Procedure

Clients are required to complete the following appointment procedure prior to the commencement of consultation.

Fill-up the Registration Form

Wait for Review

Your registration will be reviewed within two weeks. Please wait for a response from Inaken via email / WhatsApp where the appointment date is fixed.

Sign-off & Arrange Payment

Client accepted by Inaken is required to:

  • Sign-off the 。
  • Arrange full payment to Inaken.

Payment & Refunds

Payment Procedure

Once the date and time of the Client's appointment is mutually agreed, fee payment for the consult services becomes due. Inaken's preferred payment method is by bank online transfer to a nominated account established in Hong Kong or Malaysia. Malaysian clients may perform payment through Touch 'n Go or other e-wallet methods. Account details will be sent to the Client under a separate cover.

There are no refunds for services rendered. A 50% fee charge will be imposed for cancellation.
